Job summary

Accor is seeking a maintenance technician to carry out regular maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and systems in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You will diagnose faults, keep records, and ensure safety and compliance while collaborating with the team.

The ideal candidate has a Technical mindset with basic mechanical or electrical knowledge and strong computer skills to operate service software. Experience preferred but not mandatory, with a focus on reliable, safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Must have basic Mechanical or Electrical basic / foundation knowledge.
• Must have basic computer knowledge, especially using service software.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance on equipment and systems
• Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and systems
• Ensure all equipment and systems are operating efficiently
• Comply with safety and health regulations
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems
• Order and replace parts when necessary
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members
