Stonyhurst International School Penang is seeking a Director of Parent Relations to lead the parent engagement and relationship strategy, ensuring a positive experience for families throughout their time at the school.

You will work with Admissions, Marketing and the SLT to foster parental involvement, gather feedback, coordinate events, and support enrolment growth, while upholding safeguarding and community values.

Formación

• Experience in school or community relations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead parent engagement strategy to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing and SLT to align messaging.
• Organize family events, coffee mornings, and PTA initiatives.
• Maintain records of interactions and feedback for senior leaders.
• Support enrolment growth and community initiatives.
