Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with demonstrable, successful experience as a school leader, preferably in an international school at Principal/Headteacher level.
• Broad experience in delivering an international education based on the Cambridge curriculum.
• Strong leadership and collaborative management skills to drive school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support the School and its leadership, overseeing accreditation and compliance with the Ministry of Education.
• Oversee administration functions of the School, teachers, and students, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Take overall responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of academic policies and handbooks.
• Supervise instructional programs and evaluate lesson plans to encourage varied strategies.
• Establish school calendars and budget oversight.
• Create and implement school policies in consultation with the Board of Governors.
