Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad seeks sales-minded professionals in Kuala Lumpur to promote Credit Cards and Aeon Member Plus Card products. You will check applications for completeness and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service, in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Malaysians or residents with own transport are preferred and must be able to work shifts, holidays and weekends. Training provided with potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong selling and negotiation abilities.
• SPM with 2 years sales experience or higher education welcome.
• Malaysian citizen or valid residence status.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Own transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell/promote Credit Cards and Aeon Member Plus Card.
• Ensure applications are complete before submission.
• Develop opportunity and strategy to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain high standard of customer service per company standards.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• To sell/promote Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card product.
• To ensure all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.
• To create an opportunities and strategy to develop new sales and consistently increase individual or team achievements.
• To ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the company.
• To have the best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements (Do’s and Don’ts).

Job Requirements

• Passionate and self-driven.
• Minimum possess SPM with 2 years sales experience.
• Fresh graduates (Diploma / Degree) are welcome to apply.
• Working experience in financial industry will be an advantage.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Have own transportation.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends.
• Willing to travel and work independently under pressure.
