Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad in Kuala Lumpur invites a talented Customer Insight Analyst to join our team in Bangsar South. This full-time role focuses on driving customer-centric strategies, using data to improve product and service offerings.

You will analyse customer data, conduct tests, manage data-driven marketing campaigns, and provide insights to enhance portfolio quality and business growth in collaboration with product and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts, Information Technology Computer Science or other related creative discipline required
• Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
• Experience with relational database marketing systems and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Utilize data analytics to improve efficiency and identify new opportunities.
• Use customer data to establish offer, segment and variable test and then track associated performance.
• Effectively manage and oversee the implementation & execution of data driven marketing campaigns through targeted marketing to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Involvement in company project.
• Perform data analytics, including predictive analytics or machine learning analytics to improve portfolio quality and support risk management, model development & business growth.
• Provide data analysis and insights which can be translated to data-driven products.
• Finding actionable insights to help drive high impact business changes.
• Communicate with the product and business team to understand business processes, provide insights based on business result.
