Job summary

East Coast Economic Region Development Council (ECERDC) seeks a Senior Manager to lead our compliance framework, quality management and ISO initiatives. You will oversee controls, reporting and governance across divisions, ensuring alignment with laws, directives and internal policies.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with risk, internal audit and governance teams while promoting continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Management or Compliance from a recognized university.
• Professional certification in ISO/Quality/Compliance is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years at Senior Manager level.
• Proven experience in establishing, implementing or obtaining ISO management system certification.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of ECERDC's compliance framework.
• Coordinate ISO certification, surveillance and recertification activities with certification bodies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Internal Audit, Integrity & Governance on cross-functional matters.
• Provide management with regular updates on compliance, business continuity and quality management.
• Promote a culture of compliance, quality, preparedness and continuous improvement.
