Job summary

Zuspresso (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Regional Executive, Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance to lead enterprise risk management across the group. Develop and maintain the Group Risk Register, consolidate departmental risks into a clear view of the organisation's risk landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit or Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Experience developing risk registers and implementing ERM frameworks across multiple departments or business units.
• Hands-on experience facilitating risk workshops, calibrating risk ratings and developing mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, Risk Appetite Statements, risk tolerance and control effectiveness.
• Ability to translate complex risk information into clear management reports and Board presentations.
• Understanding of business continuity, risk automation and relevant governance or regulatory requirements.
• Experience in F&B, Retail or FMCG is an advantage. CRMA certification is a plus.
• Analytical. Structured. Curious. A practical problem solver who can influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Group Risk Register, consolidating departmental risks into a clear view of the organisation's risk landscape.
• Lead risk calibration and evaluation activities to ensure risks are assessed, rated and prioritised consistently across the Group.
• Partner with department heads and process owners to evaluate control effectiveness, develop risk treatment plans and monitor gaps through to closure.
• Formulate and monitor the Group's Risk Appetite Statement and tolerance levels, identifying and escalating significant deviations.
• Consolidate risk information and prepare reports that highlight key exposures, residual risks and emerging threats to support informed decisions.
• Support ERM automation, system improvements and Business Continuity Planning initiatives while strengthening risk ownership across the business.
