Job summary

Datumstruct (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Executive to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS. You will coordinate quality activities, support audits, maintain documentation and drive quality improvements across departments.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field and 2–3 years in QA/QC/QMS with strong ISO knowledge. Travel may be required and proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field as stated.
• 2-3 years QA/QC or QMS experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal audits.
• Experience in QMS documentation and audit coordination.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
• Well-organised, independent, and proactive.
• Willing to travel and have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal and external quality and ISO audits.
• Lead ABMS audits and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Lead ESG certification and assessment programs to support sustainability objectives.
• Monitor vendors and suppliers meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with departments to achieve product quality objectives.
• Prepare and submit project quality documentation.
• Assist during customer audits and FAT and other milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of project, quality, customer, audits and documentation.
• Coordinate health, safety and environmental checks of facilities.
• Drive continual improvement of the organisation's QMS.
• Ensure inspection procedures for incoming/outgoing goods meet standards.
• Maintain QMS alignment with business objectives and strategy.
• Review and improve QMS documents with HODs.
• Maintain master and distribution of QMS documents.
• Ensure QMS remains compliant with ISO requirements and local regulations.
• Maintain NCRs, CAPs, CFFs and related data.
• Monitor department adherence to processes to improve traceability and customer satisfaction.
• Organize training and awareness on QMS updates and related requirements.
