Job summary

SD Guthrie International is seeking a Senior Manager, Group Compliance to lead governance, risk management and advisory activities across the Group. You will translate regulatory and governance expectations into actionable compliance requirements, work with Group Legal and Group Risk, and drive effective remediation actions.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience operating at a managerial or senior managerial level.
• Experience developing, implementing or overseeing governance frameworks, policies and risk assessments.
• Professional qualifications such as ICA, SCCE, IIA, ACFE or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Group Compliance governance, risk management and advisory activities across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies and monitoring programmes.
• Provide senior-level advisory support on complex compliance, governance or regulatory matters.
• Oversee identification and assessment of regulatory developments and required remediation actions.
