Job summary

East Coast Economic Region Development Council is seeking a Manager for the Integrity & Governance unit in Putrajaya. You will lead governance and anti-corruption initiatives, implementing OACP, SPINE, ABMS, and related programmes to ensure transparency and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities include managing complaints, conducting investigations, strengthening integrity, supporting governance policy development, and reporting to senior management and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related discipline.
• CeIO certification (MACA) is preferred.
• Minimum seven years in Integrity, Compliance, Risk Management or Audit.
• Minimum three years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Bahasa Melayu & English.

Responsibilities

• Complaint Management: manage complaints and whistleblowing channels in accordance with policies.
• Detection and Verification: assess and verify complaints and information with evidence.
• Strengthen Integrity: develop and promote integrity awareness and engagement.
• Governance: draft and review integrity-related policies and procedures.
• SPINE and OACP/ABMS: coordinate SPINE initiatives and OACP/ABMS programs.
• Reporting and Administrative Support: consolidate periodic reports and coordinate with authorities.
