MAJUMERIT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the building, administration, accounts, facilities, and service-provider performance.

You will ensure statutory compliance, resident satisfaction and timely reporting to Management and the Developer/JMB/MC. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with 5–10 years in high-rise facilities management and a preference for Mandarin-speaking

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of high-rise facilities/technical experience with strong Engineering, M&E or Building Services background.
• Mandarin-speaking is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in property/building management is preferred.
• Available to commence work in November & December 2026; immediate hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Building and site team; monitor administration, accounts and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Strata legislation and governance; oversee service contracts and procurement.
• Supervise Building Executives, Accounts and Administration; coordinate with HQ on manpower and performance.
• Conduct site walks, identify issues, and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
• Monitor collections, operational issues, and prepare weekly/monthly management reports.
• Attend meetings with developers, JMB/MC, consultants and authorities as required.
• Plan preventive/corrective maintenance and supervise handover, defect management and safety.
