SIRIM BERHAD is seeking a General Manager, Infrastructure & Asset Department to lead the asset management strategy, land development, and monetization efforts. The role ensures governance, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource use across CAPEX, OPEX and ABM within the approved budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 16 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy for asset management and land development to monetize opportunities.
• Generate revenue from rental of building space, facilities, and equipment.
• Oversee CAPEX, OPEX and ABM within the approved budget and time.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and develop strategic asset management frameworks.
• Ensure governance, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
