Job summary

TNG Digital in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Traffic Management Senior Manager to lead end-to-end app traffic strategy, governance, and platform stability. You will drive data-driven prioritization, UX-informed optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale traffic performance across initiatives.

You will build a high‑performing team, own operational transformation, and partner with Product and Marketing to align traffic outcomes with business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data, Analytics, or related fields.
• 6–7 years of experience in traffic management, CRM, growth operations, or digital platform optimization.
• Proven experience leading operational transformation, platform onboarding, or automation initiatives.
• Prior people management experience is required.
• Strong data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Leadership experience in transforming execution-heavy operational teams.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end app traffic management strategy, including prioritization and allocation across initiatives.
• Be the single point of accountability for app traffic performance.
• Establish governance and data-driven prioritization rules.
• Monitor and optimize traffic from frontend and user journeys with UX insights.
• Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and personalization initiatives.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Oversee daily management, maintenance, and optimization of traffic platforms.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and stabilization of the platform.
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and seamless integration with products and analytics.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workload and risk.
• Define KPIs and maintain dashboards linking traffic to business impact.
