Job summary

TNG Digital is building the tech behind Malaysia’s trusted eWallet platform, delivering large-scale projects and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery of programs aligned with business objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing scope, budgets, and timelines.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• 3–5 years managing complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and business processes; bridge technical and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects.
• Define project scope, goals and success criteria with leadership.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, marketing, and vendors.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and executives.
• Drive adoption of PM best practices and tools.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and embed improvement.
• Champion Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
