TNG Digital, part of TNG Digital Group, is seeking an experienced Growth Operations lead to own end-to-end lifecycle for BNPL and cash loan products in Malaysia. You’ll drive acquisition, activation, conversion, and churn strategies while collaborating with Product, Risk, Engineering, and Marketing to build scalable growth playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of internet operations experience, preferably with consumer credit operations or management background.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle operations for BNPL and cash loan products, covering acquisition, activation, conversion, repeat borrowing, and churn win-back.
• Drive data-informed, granular operations to continuously improve core metrics (CAC, conversion rate, repeat-borrow rate, user LTV, etc.).
• Partner with Product, Risk, Engineering, and Marketing to create high-impact operating models and scalable growth playbooks.
• Refine SOPs and frameworks to shift from execution-driven to strategy-driven.
• Lead traffic conversion and scenario-based partnerships to expand high-quality traffic sources.
