Job summary

TNG Digital, a leading fintech payments company in Malaysia, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent & Development Partner to translate business priorities into workforce and capability needs. You will deliver talent insights, oversee succession planning, and drive development initiatives across the organization.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders to ensure readiness, role transitions, and performance uplift through strategic learning and development programs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years in Talent Management in FinTech/tech/digital environments.
• Attributes: Proactive, energetic, positive, and creative with a strong growth mindset.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and deliver engaging presentations.
• Work Style: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of FinTech trends, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into future capability and workforce implications and highlight gaps, priorities, and risks.
• Deliver talent insights to support workforce planning and leadership discussions.
• Oversee high-potential and critical talent with development actions to improve readiness and retention.
• Partner with senior leaders to build strong succession pipelines for critical roles.
• Lead talent reviews and calibration for differentiating talent decisions.
• Provide strategic direction for learning initiatives aligned with talent priorities and capability needs.
• Ensure learning solutions support succession readiness and performance uplift.
• Review learning data to assess impact on capability and performance outcomes.
