Job summary

Nong Geng Ji is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced F&B setting.

The role requires 3–4 years of F&B experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage service quality, handle guest feedback, and drive team performance while ensuring SOPs are followed and stock is well-managed.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in F&B industry (lead role preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, guest-focused, and able to build good customer relationships.
• Basic IT skills (systems, reporting, or POS knowledge).
• Strong leadership, initiative, and hands-on working style.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operations checks to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure stock and supplies are sufficient and well-managed.
• Share ideas and improvements to management when needed.
• Lead by example with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Handle guest feedback, needs, and complaints promptly.
• Resolve service issues quickly to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure SOP & SOC are followed consistently in daily operations.
• Supervise and guide service team during daily shifts.
• Oversee food & beverage service quality and team performance.
• Ensure requisitions are delivered, stored, and recorded properly.
• Participate in stock take for store, linen, and operating equipment.
• Attend meetings and briefings especially when Manager is absent.
• Support monthly maintenance coordination and reporting.
• Take on additional duties assigned by management.
