Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in F&B industry (lead role preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Basic IT skills (systems, reporting, or POS knowledge).
• Strong leadership, initiative and hands-on working style.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operations checks to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee stock and supplies, ensuring availability and proper management.
• Lead by example with professional conduct and positive attitude.
• Handle guest feedback, needs and complaints promptly and politely.
• Resolve service issues quickly to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure SOP & SOC are followed consistently in daily operations.
• Supervise service team during daily shifts and guide staff.
• Oversee food & beverage service quality and team performance.
• Oversee requisitions, storage and recording of supplies.
• Participate in stock takes for store, linen and equipment.
