Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Supervisor to lead outlet performance across multiple locations in Johor. You will oversee inventory, service quality and staff management to ensure targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in F&B operations, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and hands-on experience with Chinese cuisine or high-volume settings. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM; Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/F&B Management is an advantage
• 3–5 years of F&B/restaurant operations experience
• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager role
• Experience in Chinese restaurants, dim sum or high-volume F&B is preferred
• Strong leadership, restaurant operations and people management skills
• Knowledge of inventory and POS systems
• Good customer service and communication skills
