AGB Land Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll and daily HR operations in Selangor. You will manage monthly payroll processing, statutory submissions, and maintain confidential records for the company and its subsidiaries.

The role requires a hands-on approach with ownership, strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law, and the ability to support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR reporting.

Formación

• Experience delivering full payroll end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Run full monthly payroll including salaries, allowances, overtime, claims, bonuses and deductions.
• Manage statutory submissions and payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, HRD Corp, Form EA/E).
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records with confidentiality.
• Oversee employee lifecycle: recruitment support, offers, onboarding, confirmations and offboarding.
• Administer leaves, attendance, medical, insurance and other benefits.
• Support performance appraisals, salary reviews and bonus processes.
• Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports for management.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act 1955 and related laws.
• Coordinate with auditors and statutory bodies on HR/payroll matters.
• Oversee office administration and outsourced IT to ensure smooth operations.
