Job summary

Zeekr International in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to own end-to-end IT infrastructure management, desktop support and network security for our Malaysia entity and ASEAN major project.

You will ensure 7/24 stable operation of all IT systems and devices, deliver responsive technical support to employees, and support digitalization initiatives in line with Geely Group IT standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Hands-on deployment and maintenance of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Experience in LAN/Wi‑Fi setup and basic server/cloud operations.
Strong problem solving and emergency response skills.
IT asset management and standardized documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation and maintenance of full corporate IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, and network devices.
Provide frontline IT support: hardware/software troubleshooting, OS reinstallation, and account provisioning.
Manage IT asset ledger, inventory, and lifecycle for governance.
Support IT projects, system rollouts, network upgrades and on-site implementation.
Develop and enforce IT O&M policies and documentation.
