Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Hotel Operation Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This full-time role focuses on front office and guest services, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist with check-ins/check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and other departments, handling guest inquiries, and supporting admin tasks to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel operations, front office, or guest services roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and general computer applications.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and other hotel departments for efficient service.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and operational activities.
• Assist with room allocation and managing room availability status.
• Support the organisation of hotel events and special services for guests.
• Handle administrative tasks related to guest services and operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
