Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operator - Guest Service Center to deliver excellent, consistent service to guests. You will support the Host - Guest Services in ensuring the Reception runs smoothly within the Rooms Division.

Ideally you have a relevant hospitality or tourism degree, at least 2 years in hotel operations, and strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
• The Host - Guest Services contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
