Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Team Leader - Concierge in a luxury hotel.
• Valid driving license - Class D (mandatory).
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Physically fit to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident due to government restrictions.
