Job summary

Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hospitality professional to provide excellent customer service, greet and assist guests, and support outlet operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and a minimum of 1 year of hotel operations experience, with strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills. Malaysian citizens or permanent residents only due to government work permit restrictions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Malaysian government work permit restrictions allow only Malaysian citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered.
