The role requires fluent Mandarin and English, with Bahasa Malaysia an advantage. Strong communication and a sales-driven attitude are essential for achieving monthly targets in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media and other channels in a professional manner.
• Assist guests with room bookings, package enquiries, reservations and pre-arrival arrangements.
• Promote and sell event packages, group bookings, birthdays, corporate retreats and other services.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, prepare quotations and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth event and group arrangements.
• Maintain relationships with guests, corporate clients, event organisers and travel agents.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Keep records of enquiries, leads, quotations, bookings and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
