Dreamscape Hospitality Group is seeking a hands-on role in Puchong, Malaysia, handling real customer enquiries, event sales and marketing beyond administrative tasks. You will respond via WhatsApp and social channels, follow up leads, tailor packages, prepare quotations and coordinate with Operations.

You’ll also assist with event planning, on-ground coordination and marketing content as needed. The ideal candidate is friendly, communicative, proactive and organised, comfortable with social

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in real customer enquiries, event sales and marketing — not just administrative work.

Key responsibilities

Handle enquiries for events, group bookings, celebrations & hospitality packages

Respond to customers via WhatsApp, social media and other channels

Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into bookings

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the Operations team

Assist with event planning and on-ground event coordination

Support marketing campaigns, promotions and content when needed

Assist with social media and basic marketing activities

Maintain enquiry and sales records

About you

Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers

Good at communication and follow-ups

Interested in sales, events, hospitality & marketing

Proactive and willing to learn

Organised and able to multitask

Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram and other social platforms

Mandarin-speaking is an advantage
