Zusammenfassung

PEAK KITCHEN SDN. BHD. is seeking a Receptionist / Relationship Manager for G Tavern & G Private Dining to warmly welcome guests and handle enquiries and reservations.

You will be the first contact, coordinating with outlet teams to ensure every visit runs smoothly. Responsibilities include handling reservations by phone, WhatsApp and in person; welcoming guests on arrival; updating waitlists; assisting with private dining and group bookings; sharing details with floor and kitchen teams; and

Qualifikationen

Experience in restaurant reception and reservations.
Friendly, professional manner and confident communication with guests.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially during busy periods.
Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus.

Aufgaben

Handle reservation enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and in person.
Welcome guests on arrival, check reservations and coordinate seating with the floor team.
Keep the reservation list and waitlist up to date, and inform guests of waiting times.
Assist with private dining and group bookings by confirming guest counts and arrangements.
Share booking details with the floor and kitchen teams before service.
Build relationships with guests to make visits more personal.
Respond to guest feedback and work with the Outlet Manager to resolve concerns.
