Qualifications

• Ability to hear, read, understand, and follow instructions accurately.
• Well-groomed, in a clean uniform, and professional in appearance.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 15kg, and perform repetitive tasks on shift.
• Comfortable in a busy, noisy environment while taking orders clearly.
• Proficient in POS operations and handling cash, QR, or card payments.
• Maintain food safety, take temperatures, and perform inventory checks.
• Willing to work in any restaurant area and complete training courses: Sandwich Artistry 2; Create Great Together.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and providing a welcoming experience.
• Prepare and serve food according to Subway standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, payments, and till balancing.
• Promote menu items, upsell, and inform customers about promotions.
• Monitor temperatures, storage, and restock items as needed.
• Follow all food handling, safety, sanitation, and procedures from the Operations Manual.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy, safe workspace.
• Protect company assets during the shift and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist team during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and Subway image at all times.
• Complete light paperwork and online coursework as required.
