Qualifications

• Able to hear, read, understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
• Neatly dressed and well-groomed with clean uniform.
• Able to lift up to 5 kg frequently and up to 15 kg occasionally.
• Able to take guest orders clearly and use the POS to record orders.
• Able to balance till and handle cash, QR or card payments.
• Able to communicate on Subway Listens and invite feedback.
• Able to work any restaurant area when needed.
• Able to pass Sandwich Artist Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Takes orders accurately, uses POS, and processes payments.
• Informs guests about Subway Listens and invites a return visit.
• Explains menu items and suggests upsells.
• Checks temperature and freshness, restocks items as needed.
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards during all tasks.
• Follows Subway Operations Manual and quality standards.
• Performs cleaning and light paperwork as directed.
• Responsible for cash, products and property during shift.
• Protects the safety and privacy of Employee ID; no sharing.
• Performs cash drops and maintains till balance.
• Keeps supervisor informed of issues and takes corrective action.
• Completes duties in a timely, effective manner per company policy.
• Maintains positive relationships to foster morale and efficiency.
• Works as a team and assists others during busy shifts.
• Promotes Subway image and public recognition.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming per standards.
• Completes online coursework on University of Subway as directed.
• Supports continous learning: Sandwich Artistry, Cash Handling, Create Great Together.
