Job summary

Pegacorn Sdn Bhd, operating Subway in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a friendly crew member to greet guests, take orders, and deliver fast, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing food to Subway standards, operating the POS, promoting menu items, maintaining food safety, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. Training courses such as Sandwich Artistry 2 are required.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders.
• Prepare and serve food safely according to Subway standards.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, handle payments, and balance the till.
• Promote menu items, upsell products, and introduce new promotions to customers.
• Monitor food temperatures, maintain proper storage, and restock items as needed.
• Follow all food handling, safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic workspace.
• Safeguard company property, employee ID, cash, and other assets during your shift.
• Keep supervisors informed of any issues or unusual matters and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist team members during busy periods and contribute to a cooperative, positive work environment.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming standards, and a favorable image of Subway always.
• Complete light paperwork and online coursework through University of Subway as required.
