Formación

• Ability to hear, read, understand, and follow instructions accurately.
• Well-groomed, in a clean uniform, and professional in appearance.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 15kg occasionally), and perform repetitive tasks during a 6–8 hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment, taking orders clearly and accurately.
• Proficient in POS operations and handling cash, QR, or credit card transactions.
• Able to maintain food safety, take temperatures accurately, and perform inventory checks.
• Willingness to work in any restaurant area and complete training courses: Sandwich Artistry 2, Create Great Together

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide a welcoming experience.
• Prepare and serve food while ensuring quality, freshness, and safety.
• Operate the POS system to process orders, handle payments, and balance the till.
• Promote menu items and suggestively sell products.
• Monitor temperatures, store items properly, and restock as needed.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a hygienic workspace.
• Safeguard company property, employee IDs, cash, and assets during shifts.
• Keep supervisors informed of issues and take corrective action.
• Assist team members during busy periods and maintain a cooperative environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and a favorable image of Subway.
• Complete light paperwork and online coursework as required.
