Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel or hospitality is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English proficiency required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide food and beverage service per standards.
• Take orders, upsell, and offer menu recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain the restaurant setup (mise en place).
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and sanitized per standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety policies.
• Assist with cashiering, opening/closing procedures, and inventory as needed.
