Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Receptionist duties experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle homestay check-in/out, bookings and guest enquiries; explain facilities and house rules.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Welcome guests professionally and provide friendly customer service.
• Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and reservation-related matters.
