Job summary

The LUMA Hotel Kota Kinabalu, operated by HH HOME HOTEL SDN. BHD., seeks a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless experiences.

Candidates should have prior hospitality/customer-facing experience, strong English and Malay skills, and be flexible to rosters including weekends and holidays. Cash handling and courtesy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality/tourism/airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, Malay, and other international languages (eg, Korean, Chinese)
• Flexibility to work based on roster, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in guests with a warm, personalised greeting
• Handling guest enquiries and requests courteously and efficiently
• Provide guests with hotel services information and assist during their stay
• Liaising with Housekeeping and Maintenance to fulfill guest requests
• Accurately manage cash drawer and credit card system

Provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.

Liaising with various departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Maintenance) to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.

Accurately manage cash drawer and credit card system

Qualifications
