Job summary

BattleKart Kuala Lumpur is seeking Customer Service Operators and Operations Associates to greet guests, inform on packages, and explain the BattleKart experience. Front-of-house presence, safety briefings, and collaboration with arena operations are key.

You will handle cashier duties, bookings, inquiries via phone/WhatsApp/email, and support opening/closing procedures. A multi-skilled, energetic team player with good English and Malay is preferred; weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and guest-facing skills.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with POS/computer systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a first-class BattleKart experience from arrival to departure.
• Provide accurate information on packages, rates, and BattleKart game modes.
• Explain the BattleKart concept and AR experience clearly to new guests.
• Conduct or support safety briefings with guests in coordination with arena operations.
• Maintain a polished and energetic front-of-house presence.
