Responsibilities

Assist Sales Team Leader by arranging customer visits to showrooms (1 Avenue Residence & 1 Avenue Serviced Apartments).
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the Sales Office and answer inquiries about products.
Promote company offerings to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Provide admin support to the Property Sales & Marketing Department.
Support homestay operations: manage bookings, deposits, check-ins/outs, and guest queries.
Respond to inquiries and reviews on Booking.com, Airbnb, and Agoda.
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements.
