Job summary

Evolt Karting KL Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Customer Service representative to welcome guests and deliver a first-class BattleKart experience from arrival to departure.

You will provide accurate information on packages, rates, and BattleKart's signature game modes, and explain the AR concept clearly to newcomers. You may conduct pre-session briefings on safety rules, kart handling, and SOP in coordination with the arena team to ensure a smooth guest journey.
