Job summary

Moxy Hotels Malaysia in Putrajaya is seeking a Property Manager on Duty to oversee all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are delivered. You will represent property management in guest-related situations and guide the lobby flow.

Lead guest services teams, supervise day-to-day operations, monitor budgets and payroll, and maintain strong cross-department relationships to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Services Teams with strong interpersonal leadership and integrity.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and manage staff coverage in the lobby.
• Handle guest issues, disputes, and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with other departments to support operations and guest experience.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve service quality.
