Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and payment, assigning room and issuing key.
• Balance and close cash, prepare daily reports and logs.
• Assist management in training and coaching employees; ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
• Provide directions and property information; respond to guest requests and escalate as needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and secure billing per procedures.
