Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya is seeking a confident, energetic Guest Experience Expert to be the friendly face of the hotel, guiding guests from arrival to departure and beyond.

You'll deliver a personalized, seamless guest journey, handle front desk operations, share local recommendations, resolve requests, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other teams to maintain the MOXY vibe and create memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and personalized guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Handle front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, reservations, and payments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
• Share local knowledge, recommendations, and insider tips to help guests make the most of their stay.
• Complete daily operational tasks, reports, and administrative duties accurately.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation to and from guest rooms when needed.
• Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable service recovery experiences.
• Maintain MOXY and Marriott brand standards while creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
