Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and provide personalized service in line with Hyatt’s brand standards. You will help set the tone for a memorable stay from the very first interaction.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role is preferred (hospitality or customer service).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
