Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu in Sabah is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service associate to warmly welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out.

You will assist with guest inquiries and provide personalized service in line with Hyatt’s brand standards, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and Opera Cloud experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role is preferred (hospitality or customer service).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
