Job summary

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu is seeking a Guest Service - Host to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at the Reception in the Rooms Division. The role focuses on ensuring smooth check-in/out and guest satisfaction within a vibrant hotel environment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management with at least 2 years of hotel operations experience and demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
