Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu Kota Kinabalu Sabah is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to manage guest inquiries, bookings and changes with warmth and efficiency. You will play a key role in delivering smooth reservations and driving room sales while upholding the highest service standards.

Ideal candidates bring a hospitality qualification, 2–3 years in hotel reservations (1 year in a supervisory role), strong PMS knowledge (Opera or similar), and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in hotel reservations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera or similar).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest inquiries, bookings and reservation modifications efficiently and courteously.
• Ensure a smooth reservation experience while maximizing room sales and guest satisfaction.
