Job summary

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship building. You will identify opportunities, grow revenue, and partner with Revenue, Marketing, Rooms, and Food & Beverage to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales within hospitality, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities across key market segments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and help maximize hotel profitability.
• Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Rooms, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Represent Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu with confidence, creativity, and professionalism.
• Achieve sales targets while supporting the overall commercial strategy of the hotel.
