Job summary

SEG International Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our front desk and guest relations team. You will warmly welcome visitors, manage registration, handle inquiries across channels, and provide basic IT support for workplace tools.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Fresh graduates with tech skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years in front desk, client services or admin is preferred; fresh grads with tech skills welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, clients and VIP guests with a professional demeanor.
• Manage visitor registration and security check-in processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Handle phone inquiries and route to appropriate departments.
• Oversee main customer touchpoints (central emails, messaging channels).
• Resolve minor inquiries/complaints with a helpful attitude.
• Provide basic IT support for workplace tech (video conferencing, smart rooms, IP phones).
• Manage calendars (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) and digital filing systems.
• Update basic CRM/internal portal data when required.
