Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad (Elaeis Gardens) seeks an Assistant Manager, Communications, Guest Relations & Housekeeping to plan and execute communications, enhance guest experience, and oversee housekeeping during refurbishment and upgrade projects.

The role supports operational readiness for future hospitality operations, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and management to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field with hospitality focus.
• 3–5 years in hospitality, guest relations, communications or operations.
• Experience in leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communications plans and initiatives.
• Coordinate guest communications, inquiries, feedback, and service requests.
• Support housekeeping planning and refurbishment-related housekeeping activities.
• Assist in developing guest experience standards and service guidelines.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and project updates for readiness.
• Collaborate with project teams to minimise refurbishment disruption and ensure readiness.
