Job summary

SD Guthrie International is seeking a proactive hospitality operations professional to lead communications, guest relations, housekeeping oversight, and readiness for refurbishment projects. You will coordinate plans, engage stakeholders, and drive service excellence across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and PR/communications experience within hospitality operations, with hands-on collaboration in a dynamic refurbishment environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years in hospitality, guest relations, communications, housekeeping or operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including team supervision or coordination.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communication plans.
• Coordinate announcements, reports, promotional materials, guest communications and stakeholder correspondence.
• Support management in communications relating to refurbishment activities and guest information.
• Maintain effective relationships with guests, tenants, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee housekeeping activities during refurbishment and upgrading works.
• Prepare management reports, budgets and project updates.
• Assist in operational readiness plans and SOPs.
• Lead teams and service providers to ensure service excellence.
