Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad, a leading CSPO producer, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead Communications, Guest Relations & Housekeeping initiatives across refurbishment and operations.

You will develop internal and external communications, manage guest inquiries, oversee housekeeping during upgrades, and support operational readiness with project teams, budgets, and reports. Strong leadership and English skills required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience including team supervision, coaching, mentoring, or coordination of colleagues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or operations management is a plus.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and service providers.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communication plans and initiatives.
• Prepare announcements, reports, and guest communications; coordinate stakeholder correspondence.
• Support housekeeping during refurbishment and upgrading works to maintain standards.
• Assist in coordinating guest enquiries, feedback, and service requests.
• Work with project teams to minimise disruption and support operational readiness.
